Die CB500F, ein für den A2-Führerschein zugeschnittener Halbliter-Streetfighter, erhält für das Modelljahr 2022 neu eine Showa 41 mm Separate Function Fork Big Piston (SFF-BP) Upside Down-Gabel sowie eine Doppelscheiben-Bremse mit Radial-Bremssätteln. Eine geänderte Gewichtsverteilung bewirkt mehr Gripp am Vorderrad, dazu unterstützen neue Hinterradschwinge und überarbeitete Stoßdämpfer-Settings das Fahrverhalten. Gewichtsoptimierte Felgen und leichterer Kühler helfen, das Gewicht im Zaum zu halten. Ein Software-Update der PGM-FI Einspritzung, LED-Scheinwerfer mit mehr Leuchtkraft und in die Blinker integrierte Positionsleuchten runden die Modellpflege ab.
